We review the tech pack, reference garment, measurement chart, quantity, size range, construction, branding, destination and target date. Questions are resolved before costing so the proposal is based on a defined product rather than assumptions.
Composition, knit or weave, GSM, touch, opacity and shrinkage targets are matched to the silhouette. Pantone color, buttons, zippers, drawcords, woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging are specified as one coordinated system.
The pattern translates the design into repeatable production geometry. Fit, seam construction, movement allowance and the expected behavior of linen, hemp or wool are considered, including the dimensional effect of the intended garment wash.
A production-representative sample is made to evaluate fit, measurements, workmanship, fabric, color direction, branding and finishing. Written comments are consolidated into the approved reference before bulk production is released.
Incoming fabric is reviewed for usable width, shade continuity, surface condition and the agreed standard for authentic natural variation. Rolls are organized to reduce avoidable shade mixing and protect consistency during cutting.
Marker planning supports material efficiency while respecting grain direction and product requirements. Fabric is spread, cut and bundled by size and shade group so that components remain controlled as they move into sewing.
Operators follow the approved construction and workmanship standard. Seam appearance, stitch balance, attachment strength and critical measurements are monitored in line, allowing issues to be corrected before they multiply through the order.
Applicable linen and hemp garments receive the tested wash program to soften the handle and reduce residual shrinkage. Wash chemistry, time and mechanical action are selected for the approved fabric, color and finish—not applied as a generic recipe.
Garments are thread-cleaned, shaped or pressed, measured and visually inspected. Labels, embroidery, closures, packing presentation and carton quantities are checked against the approved standard before shipment release.
Finished orders are packed with the agreed documentation and prepared for international transport. Courier, air or road-freight options are coordinated from Türkiye according to volume, destination, urgency and commercial delivery terms.
